Mangalyaan – India’s Mission to Mars  the “MOM” :       


                            The Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) is also called Mangalyaan (Mars-Craft). 
It was the 1st Indian’s Spacecraft which was launched on 5th November 2013 by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It is India’s first interplanetary mission and ISRO becomes the 4th Space Agency to reach Mars, after the soviet space program, NASA and European Space Agency. India is the 1st Nation to reach Mars Orbit on its 1st attempt and 1st Asian nation to do so.
The Mangalyaan orbiting the Mars since 24th September 2014, from Satish Dhawan Space Centre (Sriharikota Range SHAR) in Andhra Pradesh using PSLV Rocket. The mission is a Technology Demonstrator” project to develop technologies for design, planning, management and operations of an interplanetary mission. It carries five instruments that can give advance knowledge about Mars ans Scientific Objective. The total cost of the mission was INR450 Core, which is the least-expensive Mars Mission to date.
Mangalyaan reach the orbit of Mars by traveling 324 days continuously on space and it is on survery the mars by its orbit. By that time Scientist’s of ISRO has announced to press that “The Mangalyaan has rounding the mars in the distance of  76, 9993.6 Km, For one round it takes 72 Hour 51 Minute 51 seconds. In this distance Mangalyaan has Send an 3D image”, you can see the Clear view of mars by using 3D Glass. It was the Mangalyaan’s 1st 3D image by its own camera.




In today Dailythanthi Newspaper, announced that the Mangalyaan has successfully landed on Mars, and it will make survey regularly until its battery backup goes empty.


It will be the great milestone of ISRO, if Mangalyaan Send’s some Unknown information to earth about living of mars. India again proved it’s Knowledge to this World…!
